Test:

1st one is laser cut then vacuum formed. 2nd one is laser cut and using my CNC buck I placed it around a box, lined with a trash bag, put material in oven to heat and then placed on CNC buck and poured water over it to form the material due to size.

Redo halftone piece. Pattern is cut on both sides of acrylic:

Redo with clear acrylic. The red did not form because it was cast acrylic:
